I'm Gene Pender, and for the past 49 years, I've been proud to call the Financial Services Industry home. I started out as a rookie Life Insurance Agent, wide eyed and eager to learn. That first step set me on a path of growth, challenge and success that's shaped who I am today.
Over the decades, I've learned that this business isn't just about numbers and products - It's about people, purpose and helping others find financial clarity and confidence. That's why I now speak to Financial Professionals across the industry - to share what I've learned, inspire others to grow, and help Agents and Advisors boost their Life Insurance sales, Increase their income and build lives that feel truly fulfilling.
